Lab Universal Test Component For NS Spectrophotometer
I. Component Structure
The structure of Universal Test Components is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

II. Usage
The usage of universal test components is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
1. Perform white and black calibration first. Then enter main menu and click “Display->Screen Inversion”. Open Screen Inversion.
2. Loose the hand screw (8), make the fixed plate (7) move up and down along the slotted hole. Make the fixed plate (7) in the below position. Loose the hand screw (2), make the front end face of hand screw (2) a slightly below the end face of screw seat (9)
3. Put the spectrophotometer (3) into the Base (1). Make the instrument centered around as far
as possible. The left surface (M5 threaded surface) of the instrument should cling tightly to the end face of screw fixed seat. Then adjust the instrument and the Universal Test Components and tighten the screw.
Attention: When install, please keep the spectrophotometer fixed and stable.
4. Choose the appropriate cup (Φ60mm cup or Φ35m cup). Put the testing sample into the cup. Put the cup into black cavity and cover the black cavity cover. Then press testing button to perform the measurement.
5. When finish the measurement, take out the cup. Loose the hand screw 2 and 8 in turn, then remove the spectrophotometer. Please keep the spectrophotometer and Universal Test Components properly.

III. Notice
1. Please perform white and black calibration first and then install the spectrophotometer with Universal Test Components.
2. When install spectrophotometer, make sure the step surface on one side of the spectrophotometer cling tightly to the undersurface of the black cavity baseboard.
3. When measuring, please put the cup to black cavity very carefully. Do not let the sample leak. Do not stain the spectrophotometer optical lens and inner optical path. Otherwise, the spectrophotometer cannot work normally.
4. Please replace the cup when it has scratches or stains in the cup. Otherwise, it will affect the accuracy.
5. When use Universal Test Components to test the samples, we suggest you to perform the measurement through the software.
6. Set the spectrophotometer to screen inversion which will make the operation more convenient.
